nubli

Nubli is a local-first document anonymizer for people who need to share private files with AI tools without exposing company names, people, contact details, identifiers, or other sensitive information. It runs on the user's machine with no cloud service or hidden API call. The workflow supports text transformations as well as visual redaction for PDFs and images, with manual zones for logos, stamps, and headers. Nubli is designed as an early, reviewable safety layer: it fails safely when it cannot find a replacement and keeps the final decision with the person handling the document. It is released under the MIT license.
