mflow

Real-time synchronization layer for agent workflows without depending on GitHub as the coordination backend.

MFlow is a real-time synchronization system for agent-driven work where coordination should not depend on GitHub or repository events. The project focuses on keeping multiple actors aligned while work is happening: agents, local tools, state changes, handoffs, and execution context. Its value is in the workflow boundary. Instead of treating Git as the only source of coordination, MFlow explores a faster operational layer for live agent collaboration and state propagation.
